Festival Schedule
The event runs from July 24th through July 26th, 2026
-
Friday, July 24th 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
-
Saturday, July 25th 10:00 am – 10:00 pm with a parade starting at 10 am
-
Sunday, July 26th 11:00 am - 5:00 pm with a church service starting at 9 am
-
Teardown is not permitted until the event concludes on Sunday

Booth Prices | 10' X 10' Space | Price is for all 3 days

Corner Booths - $500

Inline Booths - $425
If you require electricity, the price is an additional $100.
Vendors must supply their own tent and 40lbs of weight per leg.

Refunds
The event is rain or shine; refunds are only issued if the booth space is resold.

Booth Policies
-
All merchandise must remain inside your 10’ x 10’ space

Power Zones: Due to increased power demands, vendors requiring power will be charged an additional $100 for the weekend. If you have two booths together, you only have to pay $100 for power.

Former Vendors have first choice of their spot on a first come first serve basis. Remaining booths will be opened up to new vendors on March 15th. Booths do not have to be paid for by March 15th, only spoken for. All booths must be paid for with all documentation received by May 30th; if not, the booth will be released to new vendors.

Load In & Safety
Load-in will be Friday, July 24th, beginning at 9 am. You will have ½ hour to unload your vehicle and move it out of the park. Load-in ends at 1:30 pm. All vehicles must be out ot the park at this time. The road will be blocked at 2:00.

Insurance and Liability Requirements

Each vendor must obtain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000, with a certificate naming Buffalo Bill Days as the certificate holder. Below is a link if you need to purchase liability insurance.

Fire Code
To comply with Golden’s fire code, tents must be secured with 40 lbs. per leg (80 lbs. for shared legs. Aisles and fire lanes must remain clear; no propane or fuel usage is allowed. The Golden Fire Marshall will be conducting inspections each. If you do not comply, we will have to ask you to leave.
